30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of cleaning products, items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return unless approved due to verified product quality issues.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns that are not related to product defects or shipping errors.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
No restocking fee will be applied for verified product quality issues or incorrect shipments.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

No RMA or product credit will be issued for ineligible items.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, return the eligible unopened item (with RMA approval). Once accepted, you may place a new order separately.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders must follow the return process above.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account restrictions and recovery actions.
